The Last Great Shoot: Carson Valley Clays

*This shoot has been postponed until further notice*  

This shoot will be the last Sporting Clays Shoot you'll ever want to attend because it will be so much fun. I will be using the greatest 

handicap system ever devised it is so unique that I registered this system under US Copy Right Laws.The handicap system / course will be set up in such a way that you small gauge gunners will have the same chance to win that a 12 gauge shooter will. I would encourage those of you who have and enjoy shooting the sub-gauges please to do so. I would recommend the 28ga or the 20ga;

 

whatever gauge you use you must then shoot for the entire event. This handicap system will put ALL SHOOTERS on the same playing field. There

will be individual awards as well as team awards. You won't need to sign up as a team we can assign all shooters to a squad and all teams will

have an equal chance to win, only 5 shooters per team.

 

The event will consist of 150 targets shot in two legs, 75 and 75 with lunch in between, because of the number of shooters that we expect at

this event we will request that the squad leaders add up their individual / team score cards, please bring a small hand held calculator

to help aid in the accuracy of your results, we will double check all scores. Please be prepared to stay for shoot offs, individual and team,

must use the same gun in the shoot offs as you used in the main event.

 

The Place: Carson Valley Clays on China Springs Road, Gardnerville, Nv.

Sign-up 8am, shoot 9:30am -- Lunch included.

 

Shoot entry and fees: $50.00 and everyone must bring a Prize worth at least $10.00. Shells available at the club, T-shirts, Hats, Gun cleaning

kits, Fishing gear will all make good prizes etc.
